We provide FREE standard shipping within the UK on all our items.

Next day delivery is available for an additional cost of £4.99

We currently only deliver within the UK.

All orders are dispatched the same day if received before 14:00. Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and will typically arrive within 3 working days.

We do also offer an additional next day delivery service for customers who would like their items as quickly as possible.

We pride ourselves in providing a hassle free return process and offer a 30 day return on all our items. Please visit our return page to find out more information and the steps to take.

Sure, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it by completing our online cancellation form. Once you've cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to us within 14 days. Once we get it, you'll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 days.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.

It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us. If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We'll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.

All our HDMI cables come with a standard 18 month warranty which can be extended to 36 months if you register on our extended warranty registration form here.
